1. Who handles your payment

Ally does not process subscription payments or refunds directly. All billing is managed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our Merchant of Record - the legal seller of record for Ally subscriptions. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, sales-tax collection, and refunds on our behalf, under its own terms. Ally does not store your full payment card details.Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, and refund handling follows Paddle's default policy together with the rules set out below.

2. Try before you pay - the free trialEvery new Ally account starts with a 5-day full-feature trial (extendable to 10 days for active users who haven't yet found a successful path search). The trial begins on your first assistant conversation, not at registration, and costs nothing. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe. We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether Ally is right for you before any payment is taken.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium or Pro access until that date, after which your account returns to the free tier.Cancelling stops future renewals. It is not, by itself, a refund of the current period (see Section 4).

4. Refunds

Unused time.

We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by law. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.Service not delivered. If the service has not been delivered to you at all, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment.Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle. Refund handling for annual subscribers who cancel mid-cycle follows Paddle's default policy, as Paddle is the Merchant of Record and Ally does not process refunds directly.Tier downgrades. If you downgrade from Pro to Premium, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period — Ally does not refund mid-cycle for tier downgrades. Upgrades (for example, Premium to Pro) are handled by Paddle's standard proration: any unused time on your current subscription is credited toward the new tier's cost.

5. Argentine consumers — 10-day revocation rightIf you reside in Argentina, you have a statutory right under Article 34 of the Defense of Consumer Rights Law (Ley 24.240) to revoke this distance contract within 10 calendar days from the date of subscription, without giving any reason and without penalty. This 10-day revocation right exists in addition to the refund window described above.To exercise this right, cancel your subscription from Settings within 10 days; any payment made will be refunded subject to the standard refund flow administered by Paddle. Vested commission earnings tied to subscriptions revoked under Article 34 may be clawed back (see Section 7).

6. How to request a refund

Open Ally → Settings → Subscription and cancel, or change your tier.

2Contact us

Email info@allyapp.one with the phone number on your account and the reason for your request. If you qualify under Section 4 or 5, we'll arrange the refund through Paddle.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at info@allyapp.one before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve billing issues faster and directly through Paddle. Chargebacks reverse any related referral commissions and may, in cases of abuse, lead to account suspension as described in our Terms of Use.

8. Currency and bank fees

All charges and refunds are denominated in USD. If your payment card is in another currency (such as Georgian Lari or Argentine Peso), your card issuer converts the amount at its own exchange rate. Any fees, surcharges, or taxes applied by your bank or card issuer — including on foreign-currency transactions — are your responsibility and are not controlled by Ally. In Argentina, USD charges may be subject to additional taxes or surcharges imposed by local regulations and applied by your bank.
